Let us put aside all that dims our soul´s spark for 60 minutes. Be it stress, anxiety, fear, depression, fatigue, grief to name a few Let us allow our body to unwind, our internal organs to rejuvenate and our souls to shine. After that, we leave our mats, go out there and do our best!

Hotel At Six's roof top is the perfect place to land and ground together in the present moment.
We relax on our yoga mats snuggled up with blankets and props as we celebrate stillness and allow it to run its course on our nervous system.
Meditation and silence help us arrive at the present moment and dissolve the burdens that life constantly places on us.
We return to the physical body after one hour and breath in the stunning views of Stockholm before leaving the mat and walking into the world refreshed and radiant!
Dress comfortably in layers so that you can adjust your temperature, wear warm socks, and bring your Eye Pillow if you have one.
